About Alliance
We thought insurance on this coast could be done better.
Alliance Insurance Gulf Coast is an independent agency at 1316 Bienville Blvd in Ocean Springs. We write homeowners, auto, flood, rental and commercial coverage for people who live here. Quotes and policy reviews are free. Walk-ins are welcome.
The Ocean Springs office
1316 Bienville. Walk in.
1316 Bienville Blvd, Ocean Springs, MS 39564. Walk in Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. No appointment. Street parking is in front of the office.
We write homeowners, auto, flood, rental, and commercial, including apartment buildings and condo associations. Sitting down is free. You only pay a premium if you buy.
Bring the policy if you have it. A licensed agent will look at what you have, what the Gulf Coast market will write today, and tell you before you leave. If yours is already a good deal, we say that. Nobody has to switch.
In the office, you get the answer in that visit. Follow-up is usually the same business day. Call 228-282-8010 or send the form if you want a number first. The quote is free.
Three things we will not do in this office.
Not a mission statement, just the rules we use when someone sits down with a policy in their hand.
We will not quote last year's market.
Carriers leave the Coast, wind deductibles jump, and flood zones move. We work from what will write this month in Ocean Springs, Biloxi and Gulfport, not last year's brochure.
We will not talk you into a switch you do not need.
If the policy you walked in with is a good deal, we say that and send you home. Sitting in our chairs does not create an obligation.
We will not sell a number that will not rebuild the house.
A cheap policy that fails in a storm is not a deal. We start with what it costs to put the building back, then look at price.
What we think this job is supposed to feel like.
You should get someone who already knows this stretch of 90, not a recording that borrowed a local number.
Someone picks up. 228-282-8010 rings this office. If we miss you, we call back during office hours, usually the same day.
We say the wind deductible out loud. Percentage hurricane deductibles, flood gaps, replacement cost. The parts that bite after a storm.
No script from a regional office. Come in, sit down, tell us what is going on. Bring the policy if you have it.
You get the answer in the visit when we can. If the file is in front of us, you hear it before you leave the chairs.
South of Highway 90 is the hard version of this work. Raised cottages, flood zones, apartment buildings, condo associations. That is the book we chose.
A licensed agent here runs the quote. The same person who picks up when something goes wrong later.

This coast, not a national script
We live here, we write here, we stay after the storm.
Call the office on 90 and it rings a desk, not a queue. The same person who quoted you is usually the one who picks up later.
Coastal Risk
Living near the water changes everything about how insurance works. We know the difference between a standard homeowners policy and what a coastal property actually needs.
Wind & Flood
Hurricane deductibles, wind pools, flood zones, these aren't abstract concepts to us. They're part of every conversation we have with Gulf Coast homeowners and property owners.
A Changing Market
Insurance on the Gulf Coast has changed more in the last few years than in the previous twenty. We track carrier availability, rate trends and coverage shifts so our clients aren't caught off guard.
Local Properties
From raised cottages in Ocean Springs to rental properties in Biloxi, we understand the types of homes and buildings people actually own here, not generic templates from somewhere else.
Local Businesses
Restaurants, retail shops, apartment buildings, condo associations, Gulf Coast businesses have specific insurance needs and we know how to address them.
Real Relationships
When a storm hits or a claim comes up, you want an agent who knows your name and your policy, not a 1-800 number and a ticket number.
The people who pick up.
Four licensed agents, one office on 90. They run the quotes, answer the phone, and stay on the file when something goes wrong. The Team page is where you meet them by name.
